Horribe customer service. I purchased this item 11 days ago and it is still sitting in France. I have reached out across multuple outlets (this is a Christmas gift) and been told different things, or cut and paste emails each time. Never buy a gift from them, it is not worth the stress. So dissapointing because I love my La Bonne Brosse brush and wanted to share it with a family member.
