As a current High school student it is very difficult for me to find places to intern for that is tailored to my interests. However, with ladder internship I was able to intern for a company that suits my interests and gain so many valuable skills, like creating an advertisement. Moreover, I got to explore my interests throughout the process of being an intern. My manager and team are all super supportive and nice and my fellow interns and I work so well together. Ladder has definitely given me a once in a lifetime experience in high school and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be an intern under the ladder program.
