The website checkout process couldn't properly process separate billing and delivery addresses. Every email I get from the company still doesn't have my name on them, they have the name of the person I sent the ladder to. Also there were two confirmation emails, one said the billing address was the delivery address, and one said the delivery address was the billing address. When I tried to email the company to get it straightened out my email bounced back from their mail server. This meant I had to wait until the Monday morning and phone them to check they were sending the ladder to the correct address. I've ended up with a bunch of emails with the wrong names and addresses that I need for my tax records. Just seems like something you'd check when you set up your website checkout process on day one so that it worked for every subsequent customer on the website. Hopefully that isn't an insight into the rest of their processes.
