The ladder is exactly what I originally & arrived the following day.However the post code on the delivery message was different to my actual postcode. I phoned Ladders UK Direct & you corrected the post code for the delivery driver. His post code was in another village about 12 miles away. If I hadn’t spotted it, I don’t think I would have ever received it.
