However, the delivery service did not have the parcel on that date. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that one item was out of stock and claimed they had sent me an email and a voice message regarding a replacement, which I never received. I requested to cancel my order and a refund, but several days have passed with no updates. My order status still indicates 'shipped.'
