Initially, I was quite impressed with the level of care and attention shown to clients. I paid a deposit by card to confirm my booking and show my commitment. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned disappointing. I had to reschedule once due to illness, but after that, the instructor cancelled several times—once for a holiday party and another due to moving. The last straw was receiving a cancellation message at 11 p.m. I reached out to the instructor 1.5 months before my driving test, and now with my test just a week away, I haven’t had a single lesson. While I have no issues with the driving school in general, this particular instructor wasted a significant amount of my time and money, leaving me unprepared so close to my test date.
