They were okay. Sales advisors changed multiple times so never really felt a personal connection with them. The house was £500,000 and to see that someone has left wee down the toilet and on the toilet seat that had gone crusty (one of the workmen) without flushing it or cleaning it up was a bit of a disgrace. When the sales advisor was questioned she laughed and said "oh yeah all the workmen use the toilets in the houses".Windows were scratched and chipped, porch broken, back door broken, rubber strips missing from French doors, island wonky. The workmanship was shoddy and the materials used were cheaper than B&Q's cheapest range. Snags ended up being a 4 page list. Plastering and painting looked like it'd been done by 8 year old kids. Site managers kept changing, he didn't have any respect, instantly said "is this your dad's house then" You don't realise how bad they are until you visit 5 star builders developments. I would steer clear.
