Very disappointed in this company site manager in my opinion great guy but don't have the back up on delivering the after care he's promised. Constantly chasing snags to be followed up on... I accept a new build has snags but no 'follow up after sale and house move to new build' I have contacted company today again for the 7th time and was told you have 2 years to get snags resolved I particularly don't want to wait 2 years. Lagan homes please resolve my snags.
