This service is fantastic for hosting your own modpack, allowing you to select any modpack from available sources. I’m not sure about other launchers, but it works seamlessly here. You can export your modpack as a zip file, upload it, and the built-in modpack loader sets up the server automatically. The support team is incredibly helpful; they identified an issue with a mod and found a suitable replacement for me.
I expected support to take a while, even on weekends, but it was incredibly fast. Within five minutes of opening my ticket, they began working on the issue. In less than ten minutes, they fixed my problem and got my server running again. I've been a loyal customer since they were on a different platform and have never stopped. One of the best server hosting services available!
In my opinion, this is definitely one of the best hosting options available. It offers great value for the price, excellent support, and a user-friendly panel. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the file management can be a bit buggy at times, but you can easily open a ticket, and they'll likely resolve the issue within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Overall, it's a great panel, much better than many others, and you won't regret choosing to host here.
I had been happily subscribed to STEL hosting since March 2024 who unfortunately sold out to Lagless.gg a couple of months ago. Since then I have not received decent support and they appear to make it deliberately difficult to close your account. I at first wanted assistance to make the server work, and was left on read for many hours. So I decided to take my business elsewhere, and the CSR became vindictive. They control many minecraft hosting related subreddits and censor feedback and termination requests. I would avoidedit: the CSR claimed to be unable to identify my account as an excuse to not close my account and is here clearly doing so. Business are required to honour Quebec Consumer Protection law and terminate subscriptions upon written request (not forcing me to open multiple tickets through multiple interfaces only to delete/close them) and this scammy webhost will be receiving a fine. edit: Lagless.gg has been retaliating and billing me, still hasn't closed my account, still in violation of Quebec law.
Recently bought the server for me and some mates to play on and ran into some issues starting it, I contacted support and had it fixed almost instantly, no hassle whatsoever and Erik was amazing at helping me resolve it. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get a server try these lot out as they have amazing prices and the best support teams I've ever seen.
Erik was resilient when it came to obscure problems that I had run into, I wouldn't of been able to fix the issues without their help. I would've continued getting angry but instead I'm thankful I reached out to support and they responded quickly and effectively.
