I ordered from this site months ago, and my package has still not arrived. While customer service provided an updated timeline, I have repeatedly informed them that the item is no longer needed and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they have refused to issue one, stating that the package has already been shipped. Im the few times I have, no other company I have encountered this issue with has ever refused a refund due to shipping. I too used to work in retail and know refunds can be made even when a shipment is in progress. Especially when it’s 2 months late. Despite their promises to follow up with the shipping company, no real resolution has been offered. Additionally, I asked for their company’s physical address to file a formal complaint, but they have not provided this information, which is frustrating and raises questions about their transparency. I should not have to ask for this information multiple times. Under consumer protection laws I am entitled to that information and am still expecting this so I may send my complaint. When I initially asked for a refund FOUR times via email before they finally acknowledged it.If you’re considering purchasing from this site, be aware that their refund policy and customer service is horrible. This is very sketchy. I just want my $55 back. I am disgusted by this. Give me my money back! It’s been 2 months.
