The rudest people I have met so far. They sent me 3 wrong items. Next - they claimed I had called them the day before and accepted the changes made to my order... (I didn’t - I called AFTER the delivery had been made where I took note of the wrong items to complain). The guy from customer “service” claimed it was my fault as I didn’t give them my phone number... (make it mandatory on your website if you want it). Next he yelled at me for sending the text message on a wrong number which is their whatsapp no... (?!?) they did receive the text as they replied on that text...(?)I am not satisfied at all and actually very angry with their way of handling the situation and especially for yelling at me! By all means completely unacceptable and RUDE! This is not how professional grocery webshops/shops behave.
