Ive visited the Southampton branch several times now and always had really good service. Ive always been greeted at the door and been seated quickly. Ive had a watch serviced via them, which was handled well and also bought a ring and neckless and I am really happy with the product as well as the assistance and advice given. I have tried to buy a Rolex, but wasn't able to due to the high demand / low supply of them and I made an expression of interest for one, which wasn't an issue as they explained how things with Rolex are at the moment. Overall really happy with the products and service from the Southampton team.
