I am not happy that I am given no warning that an order will be packed and shipped regularly. NO excuse for this since you sent out dozens of promotions. Since I have no record of what is on that order and the only way to change it is a ridiculous code confirmation to log in, which fails each time, for one reason or another, since the time I get the code is already past the time required, so round and round, and then I get locked out. Can someone please answer if I am the only one who has faced this? I will be happy for some help here, but for now, I cannot receive that order when it comes, and I want a refund
