I've been a customer with Laithwaite since 2005. In all that time their selections and price have remained solid all these years, except for a little snafu recently, I had my mind set of getting a specific offering from them and every time I clicked on GO TO PURCHASE MY CARD WAS DENIED FOR NOT GOOD REASON. My concierge had it all straighten out and I got my wines 48 hours later and THAT is what I call excellent service!
