Decided to give them a go, since they carry one wine that I really like and can't find elsewhere. First order of wine was damaged in transit and returned before it got to me. I didn't hear a thing about when/if a replacement would be shipped. Eventually, after 3 emails and 3 phone calls, managed to get a partial refund (for the wine but not tax or shipping). Appalling customer service. Will never use again. Going back to Wine Insiders. Recommend others steer clear.As an addition, I didn't get any kind of refund -- having to contest it through my credit card
