Customer service is rude

Customer service is rude. They respond with the tact of “burnt out employee” - it was clear they could care less about resolving a problem with shipment. Make your customers feel valued and they keep coming back- treat them the way I was treated and those customers find better things. It was really frustrating! It was a small issue and I was completely disregarded. The bank will solve my issue- but it shouldn’t have happened,
