I would give it no stars

I would give it no stars. I placed an order for 2 balms. Received package with someone else’s order and invoice for one balm. Contacted customer service. Their reply took a while. I was told they would look into it. Company told me to keep the wrong order and they would send my order. I asked them to cancel. No reply. Asked again to cancel. Was informed package shipped and to return it for a refund. Well, I returned it unopened. The company will not respond to me. Does not answer voicemails or emails.Finally their explanation “We sent you a replacement order so you received 2 orders and sent back one that is why you didn’t receive a refund.”This makes no sense. I fixed todays date but this has been going on for 2 months.
