DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!Returns are IMPOSSIBLE. Don’t order to try a dress on. Lalamira.co.uk. It is not in the UK at all. Head office is in Hong Kong!! Dresses areMade to the measurements stated on their website but these sizes are not standard UK sizes BE WARE!!!! So off the mark to a typicalUK 8 for example.Extremely misleading. Customer service was fine when placing the order but when it came to requesting a return they say the dresses are made to order and cannot be returned. The fault is not theirs and the dress was made correctly. Their website stated returns can be made. A form from customer service is required to arrange a refund!! Getting this will never happen. The material and design online was nothing at like the dress we received. STAY AWAY - THEY ARE CONNING PEOPLE
