I was allocated coach named sachin on day one I asked that if I miss any sessions do the schedule another he said yes,will all the questions cleared after session that also he said yes then after my first session I messaged him that I have not received recordings he read my msg but didn’t reply next day I called happy mind office about this I received a call from Sachin and he was talking like some goon threatening me ‘how dare you complain about me’ this is the type of treatment you get here guy later according to his comfort zone he changed session time to 5:45pm at which time everyone is in office or leaving for home.when I asked him to please shift me to non-working hours session he said their is only 1 session and after every session he says I have another session so I can’t answer your doubt and questions he says msg me your doubts which he rarely responds even lalitt sir being the owner doesn’t do that he trys to answer as much questions as possible he even disable to keep recordings offline on your phone as everyone have 2gb data & 1 recording only consumes data in gbs when I told him the issue he said you have to figure out yourself even his boss lalitt sir provides all sessions in downloadable format this sachin person is a shameless liar and narcissist he doesn’t even have basic manners and humility out of entire course I haven’t received any msg where he have said Please,sorry,Thank you if he have delayed sending recording or have made a mistake guys all I would like to say is the course teaches mindfulness,positive affirmation &reinforcement exercises they are freely available on YouTube learn from their or take 1:1 consultation from a licensed psychologist or NLP coach in your city rather than getting harassed from coach like sachin I would say lalitt sir is a good teacher Their were few sessions he took & they were amazing but this coach sachin’s treatment is like going to a govt hospital while paying fees of top notch private hospital because of his comfort zone he changed timing of session I had to drop out sessions in middle when I said my 3 sessions are remaining he said I will call to clarify which he never did I took follow up for 1 month he kept stalling and asking shall I schedule your 1:1 sessions I said clearly twice I want first complete my remaining 3 sessions of techniques still he didn’t schedule those sessions till date on last time he again said should I schedule your 1:1 session I was like how many times I should tell you the same thing on this he called and started threatening me ‘how dare you speak to me like this & all I said I am waiting from 1 month for the missed sessions taking follow ups which you keep stalling ignoring now that I have shown my irritation you trying to threaten me for that he said I have already scheduled you missed sessions & disconnected now another 1 month have passed he still didn’t schedule any sessions I am writing this review only because to save other people and tell lalitt sir people like sachin are abusing your trust this type of people are one make sure your entire hardwork to build this organisation gets destroyed my own family business have faced losses because of this type of narcissist shameless liar employees this will happen to you as well if you don’t take action I have attached the screenshot where he is caught lying let’s see if it is approved to be uploaded other time he is cunning in threatening on whatsapp call so that their won’t be any recordings.
