I first reached out to La Mansio through chatbot, asking about the production of out-of-stock products and did not receive any response for a while, so I wrote a quick message, using Contact Us forum. Then, I was contacted by Emma, and she explained that there was a technical error which caused them not to see my message. From the point on, she was remarkably helpful with providing answers to all my inquiries and more. I am tremendously grateful to her for going above and beyond to assist me promptly and diligently. Thanks to her dedicated work, I am more excited to order the product from them than I was prior to the interaction with Emma.
