Update: La Mansio has gotten in touch with me and the staff was very helpful in looking for a solution that worked for all parties. After a couple of back and forth emailing we were all happy with the solution, and I am grateful that the customer service team made time for the issue. I invested in this bag with the intention of having a nice workbag that I could use for years. Instead, the zipper broke within a couple of months of using it. This was still within the 12 month warranty period, So I contacted customer service. Initially I got offered to buy a second bag with a discount, but when I told them I didn't want to invest more money into a bag that wasn't working, I was told I could send the bag to China to get it fixed for 70-80 euros. After asking if they could explain if or why a broken zipper wasn't covered under the warranty, customer service completely stopped answering my messages. I have sent them 5 follow emails over the course of 2 months and received no answers. I started messaging them in September, and it is now January and I still haven't had any replies.
