Very bad custumerservice. My order made the third week of November has been sent by December 18. One month later. They told us they were giving it a high priority!!!! It was meant to be a Christmas gift. We still did not receive the package. There is no communications possible with la mansio.The website gives the impression that the products are produced in Italy. In reality it is a Chinese product. Don’t buy there!!! There a sufficient other liable companies selling similar or even better bags.
