Let me start by saying how much I LOVE my La Mansio bag (mega, brown). I travel bimonthly and it fits all of my working needs. I also love how many compliments I receive in the airport (I am basically a walking advertisement). I had a small issue with the zipper, but Emma and the customer service team were amazing. They were prompt in their response and provided excellent customer care to fix the minor issue. I am so grateful for not only the quality of the bag but also the quality of care to me, the customer.
