Great fabric - the dark brown leather I chose is beautiful.Only improvement areas: Customer service is extraordinarily friendly but take quite some time to reply (but then always to the fullest satisfaction). Upper zipper gets stuck sometimes and is a bit rough to open and close. The opening of the side compartment - like a wet bag for shoes - is very tight, I can't squeeze anything in.Maybe next time try to incorporate removable handles for the bag, so that when you turn it to a backpack it doesn't look weird.Overall, 100% recommending this beautiful, beautiful bag, fast delivery with attentive and friendly customer service!
