So grateful for the customer service team at La Mansio as they solved my problem. I have been one of their first supporters, when their campaign exploded on kickstarter. I have always believed in their project and trusted that they would deliver a beautiful product regardless the delay. There had been a delay, but they have been communicating openly so I kept positive. Unfortunately, once shipped I experienced some issues with shipping (not their fault) and I was desperate that I had lost the bags and my money. But thankfully, the La Mansio Team was very kind and found a solution for the issue, for which I am very grateful. It took a while but once I received my bags, I was so excited as they are exactly as expected! They are very beautiful and versatile. I am very happy about it and all its functions.
