Had the exact same experience as others here. Received the bag as part of the initial launch (and after waiting literally years). The zipper broke on the second or third time I used it. I contacted customer service as this seems to be a defect (not to mention their warranty) and they offered to give me a replacement for 110$ USD - an incredible ripoff. Truly can't believe it. It seems like they did send free replacements for those who were in the initial launch and had defective zippers, so they should be doing the same for me, but they're not. (Also had a similar experience as others here with the handles peeling/tearing too, also after 2-3 uses. Wish I could post photos because this is absurd).I'll write an update if anything changes, but avoid this company at all costs. I'm so mad at myself for falling for this.
