I crowdfunded the first production line of the La Mansio bag and was very happy when I received it last November. I have used it very few times in official events and have very much taken care of the bag. Despite only using it like 10 times in total, today the zip broke completely out of the blue and it seems to be not repairable. Considering that the bag should be a high-quality item and it is also quite pricey, it should not be the case that the zip breaks so easily. I messaged the customer service today and hope to hear from them soon.UPDATE: I got in touch with La Mansio's customer service and they helped finding a fair solution for my problem. I would like to point out that Emma from the customer service was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much!
