Not a direct fit to the 04 Roadster 350Z (Manual). The shop i took it to had to use their wires to make an extension to the wiring of the door, had to disrupt the integrity of the frame of the LamboDoors4U’s lambo door bracket by grinding down location(s) on the brackets to have enough room to put a simple wedding ring on an OEM screw that is welded on the door, and also the fender does not have enough room to be put directly as was OEM, Has to be cut by on the side next to the door... The shocks aren’t made to lift the door for you at all, you have to lift the door up more than most of the way and the shocks WILL hold it up for you. Very easy to pull down, so careful for anything in the way of the heavy 350z door. It does function 2.5/5, because it does open alot side ways (as an OEM opening), great, and it does go up as well looking dope, good. PS: not all an easy install AT ALL. For a shop it takes a long time, alot of time consuming issues. Not a direct fit at all. Welding was done to help secure some sort of integrity after having to grind down LamboDoors4U’s Lambo Door Bracket Frame’s body. Crazy how it’s taking days for a proffesional at a shop. Imagine you at home with a bracket that does’t fit into all the holes on the car, and your fender can’t fit into it’s OEM holes, plus cant even fit back on the car. Plus you find all this out after you taken off your bumper, side skirt, and door. Terrible buy, and product. Company lies, promoting false products and expectations. My mechanic said the good ones he found online cost upwards around $1,000. Invest in researching the product unlike me who bought this NOT DIRECT FIT “product”.
