I reached out to the service after receiving my order to express my disappointment with the fabric and to request a return for a refund. The material feels stiff and scratchy, and the print is essentially an iron-on. It was not what I expected. Their response was that the fabric matched the website description and while returns are accepted, shipping costs to return the items would be high since the return address is overseas. They offered a small compensation instead. I'm really frustrated because I can't even verify their claims as their website is currently down. Poor quality and customer service overall.
