This company truly fails to earn even a single star. Dealing with them has been a nightmare, as they misrepresent their location by claiming to be based in the UK while actually operating from abroad. I ordered two lights on November 18, and after three weeks, only one arrived. I was told the other is still on its way. Why not ship both together? I've been reaching out repeatedly, but they refuse to refund me and insist I wait for the second light. When will that happen? The customer service is appalling and they shouldn't be allowed to operate. Consider this a serious warning.
