They delivered my item to the wrong address. Despite me having a tracking photo and multiple resources proving they sent it to the wrong address they won’t issue me a refund. It’s been over a week now of back and forth emails saying they are struggling to get in touch with the courier, however, I can get through within half hour every time. Implies they aren’t even trying. My phone calls with the courier have concluded that the package was sent to their office in Hayes yet lampsmodern are in denial. I don’t have the light and it’s the companies fault, no mention of a resend and refusing a refund.Do not buy from here, terrible customer service.
