Ordered two lamps, had one delivered and asked where the second one was. Was provided with a Royal Mail tracking which I can now see has been delivered in Scotland, I live in the midlands of England.I have requested a refund or a second lamp sent to me but I have had no response.In response to your reply, you said 2-3 last week and provided me a tracking number which has been delivered to Scotland, did you not want to reply to this part of my initial review?
