This has been an ordeal as a UK customer buying from a uk company and having to return to a country where postage is very expensive.As a company they provide a return procedure that is difficult and this is a real shame for such a lovely website. I am not in the habit of returning items and this has sadly not been the best experience as the easiest option has left me with 2 lights I do not need and out of pocket financially. They offered me 20% 40% 60% to keep the two items and my address to return was in China and the tracking was very expensive for the 2 lights. It was easier to take the 60% refund. Really not impressed as the lights looked cheapShop at John Lewis
