The content was unnecessarily wordy. You could often get the point across with far less flourish. There were several typos and spelling mistakes, seems as though the material wasn’t proofread. The courses took far longer than the indicated length of the course. Seems that the material is starting to get really outdated. Case studies dating back to the mid 1990’s. A lot of the quiz and exam questions could easily have more than one right answer. The quiz questions were awkwardly worded and confusing, having syntax and spelling errors that made it difficult to select the correct answer on the first try. Generally not very happy with the course but it was necessary for me to bear through it, in order to receive my needed credits, to maintain my professional license.
