Have been using landlord insurance for last couple of years but not sure if they have become busy. Their customer service have deteriorated and really poor now. Looks like they are in a rush without trying to explaining or waiting for the query to finish. Repair work for just installing a Light bulb was around £200. This is pretty bad. Not sure whether I will use their service again in the future!!
