I paid £249.99 for a fire risk assessment. Someone came round and when we offered them the relavant documents and certificates to inform his report, he said he didn’t need them at that time and that he would email request these when he started writing the report. We received several demands for payment stating that the report could not be progressed without payment. We then made the payment and were shocked when we were then sent a “completed” report! We emailed to say that we hadn’t yet provided the documents as we had been told during the inspection that they were not needed at that time. We have received no response back despite several emails. The inspector who did the report gave us a bad score, stating that we didn’t have any of the mandatory certifications ie gas, electric etc, however he had never requested these, and had refused take them when we offered it to him. The inspector took around 20 minutes to inspect a three story house for fire compliance. Still fighting to get a refund 3 months later. Absolutely no communication from this company. Stay clear!!!
