We had another delivery today from Landlord Furniture Co, and once again the experience was absolutely excellent — this is probably the sixth or seventh time we’ve used them, and the consistency of their service is exactly why we keep coming back.Big Paul and Small Stuart were spot on and truly embody the standards of the company. As always, they gave a helpful pre-arrival heads up, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were courteous and respectful from the moment they arrived — parking considerately, offering to remove their shoes, wiping their feet, and protecting the floors without any prompts. It’s clear they genuinely care about the properties they work in.We had a slight change of plan with some room layouts on site, and the guys were incredibly accommodating, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as needed.They even gave me a call when they were about 30 minutes from finishing so I could attend, and they were keen for me to walk through the entire development with them to ensure I was completely happy with everything. That level of pride, professionalism, and accountability is rare and very much appreciated.On top of all that, they brought a great sense of humour and positive energy to site — making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Landlord Furniture Co again.
