Lee (owner) called to request a visit the day before installation to look at the site of my existing boiler. Having surveyed the scene he informed me that I had ordered the wrong boiler and we duly discussed the alternatives. He then submitted the paperwork and confirmed that installation would take place the following day.His installers attended the next day. They were punctual, polite and set to work immediately. They both worked steadily and discussed with me the location of the new overflow pipe at the side of the house. At the end of the installation one of the installers went through the controls with me.Very professional and good job.
