My 2019 L405 was broken into 3 months ago, back window smashed in, alarm didn't go off. I also pay for incontrol app which monitors any movement or alert me to anyone breaking in, I pay over £200 for this, that didn't work either. I've called customer service 3 times for an update on my claim. "We have no updates for you". RIDICULOUS
