I actually like the app, but unfortunately they lie about the features that are included and their support is nonexistent. I bought the app because i was testing out different AI apps trying to determine which was the best. I like that you can type to it and be responded to instantly, but on their website they claim that the app will also send voice memos so you can “train your ear”. I couldn’t figure that part out and the AI itself said it can’t do that, so i emailed support to ask about it. They just never replied, it’s been almost a month. I would have been fine if they said they’re still working on it, or any kind of explanation. But to just ignore customers is ridiculous.
