If it were possible to give zero stars, this company would certainly earn that. I ordered custom challenge coins but received items that resembled cheap printed tokens. They were flat, lightweight, and felt like plastic. There was no raised design, no metal relief, and they bore no resemblance to what was advertised online. What I received was akin to a casino chip with a printed sticker on top. Additionally, they misspelled "August" as "Augest"—a mistake they made during their proofing process. The proof was in a barely legible light yellow font on a light background, and they later tried to place the blame on me. Since November 24, I've been communicating with them about the quality issues, sending photos, and even providing the original instructions I submitted. Their response after all this was to offer a meager 5% discount on an order that was entirely incorrect. They refused to properly remake the coins or issue a refund. This company lacks professionalism. Their product doesn’t align with their advertising, the quality is subpar, and their customer service is riddled with delays and excuses. Steer clear of this business. Save your money and choose a reputable challenge coin maker.
