A really disappointing experience, overpriced, crowded and badly organised. We tried to resolve issues that had occurred in our booking whilst there but they remained unresolved. Horrible unfriendly Father Christmas who completely ignored one of our children, despite paying for the child and trying our best to resolve this whilst there. Awful customer service offering a letter as compensation of an awful visit after spending hundreds of pounds. We also sent videos as proof of the horrible Father Christmas we experienced, they couldn’t give two hoots. Avoid and go somewhere else Lapland uk have gone downhill, they are greedy and uncaring.
