Delivery and protective packaging was excellent ie next day at midday as offered. The web site gave me assurance that it appears to be a UK based company and 2 year warranty service. ( I did check) . For the Acer laptop there were many price options on the internet from £30 plus so I went for £45. For the same Acer screen there were 2 definition options and several fitting options ie screws, twin stick tape and the magic white tac that defies logic and just pulls out. You can't just order a screen on the laptop model number you have access the rear of the screen to obtain the make/part number/securing method. ie dismantle it. Having done this when you buy your screen you may receive an offer of a discount for making a strip down video for the company. ( A bit annoying). I was happy with the image quality but I had not seen it before it was broken, ran the screen for 2 days and no pixel issues. The screen connection was not gold plated like the original and perhaps that's reflected in the price but does it need to be since the MS operating system will be out of date before the screen. Overall I'm more than happy with the service, screen quality and delivery but I think the company could include the Magic white tac tape in with screen as it's not something most gifted amateurs keep in the cupboard.
