The 11.4V 42Wh battery I ordered online (their order number LBA20250715144046894989) was not recognised by my Dell P69G laptop so I contacted laptopbatterydirect though their website portal to exchange it but was ignored. No address, no phone number and no invoice was supplied, just a battery with this suspiciously long order number.Repetitive contact attempts were ignored so I contacted Paypal for a refund. After giving all the sale details I had to Paypal, they declined a refund due to insufficient information. This is totally unacceptable conduct.I will never use Paypal to purchase online again.I will use my credit card so at least the bank can stop payment if the goods are not fit for purpose.I found a supplier offering a genuine Dell battery so purchase that and it worked just fine.Be warned, make sure you are buying from a reputable retailer as Laptopbatterydirect scammed me!
