I ordered a replacement battery for my old SONY laptop on August 28. The Wensite advertised DHL shipping. They actually use China Post. It was supposedly shipped the following day. Based on the shipment tracking from Hong Kong it cleared US Customs in Los Angeles on September 4 and then there was nothing but "Shipment en route", Between September 10 and September 20 there were no further updates. Initially they tried to tell me the problem was with staff shotages at US Customs. After a month and inquiries I realized there was no shipment and I was being SCAMMED. I asked for a full refund but have heard nothing.
