I purchased the correct laptop battery. It did not charge. I discharged the computer as directed. My charger worked on the old battery. The charger worked on the old battery when I put the old battery back in.I followed all instructions they gave... cleaned the contacts, giggled the battery, all kinds of things a new battery that was checked prior to sending should not be required. They continue to ask for pictures and VIDEO, of what I am doing...This is crazy. I am trying to send the batter back so they can check it at their shop but they refuse to receive it until I send pictures and videos of what I am doing. Never purchase from this company!
