I ordered a replacement key for a lenovo T14. It was a special key (enter key for german layout which is in L-Form). I have compared the connectors with the sample images they have presented on the website. Sadly i have chosen the wrong one, which i just found out after i received the replacement parts. After i communicated my case with them via the email support address they quickly replied within one day and asked for a photo of the empty space for the replacement key. This way they made sure to send out the correct key to me. They just asked for 3,99€ of delivery fees without requiring to pay again for the replacement key. The deliveries were in priority letters and it took only 2-3 days to arrive from poland into german.So Kudos again for this great support and problem solving skills. I can really recommend their service and would always consider them again for ordering replacement keys for keyboards.
