We have been dealing John from Larsen Jewellery for 3 years now and have found each and every visit, experience absolutely wonderful. Why? What makes him different? Firstly we started off with a workshop experience where we learned first hand the process and art to make a ring, dare I say a ring. A piece of art as each is different and crafted by hand. Yes of course we left plenty of work for John to finish our wedding rings. Experiencing the process, starting from a piece of metal to final product was a key learning to appreciate the work, the effort and artistry that goes into a handmade piece of jewellery. Secondly, John was always helpful and patient with us, not only during the workshop but through all the visits we had.Customer service with a smile!Thirdly, I have been able to pull of some surprise pieces with John for my wife as well. During that process he helped me to design and make sure we creat something special that would suit her.
