order stated that duty and taxes included. They were not and I had to fight to have them reimbursed. I live in a remote area so it took me just over 3 months to have it sized and a battery installed by a watch store. Because it was a mere days after 3 months warranty period, and I had a third party install the battery, the warranty was deemed null and void. Now I have a nice looking watch in my drawer and unusable. Quite frankly, I have never had a company not want to make good on their product, and I would not recommend this product to others.
