They sent me two of the same watch when I did my exchange. I should have never even told them. They were clueless as to how it happened or how to resolve it that by the time it had been figured out my window to return my item had closed and they wouldn't take it back. The gold plated looks cheap. It's way too bright. It looks tacky. It's also overpriced. I bought a Coach watch for $200 and the gold tone looks so much better than this one. Do not buy from them. They are clueless and overpriced.I exchanged one smaller watch for a larger faced watch. You guys sent ME TWO. I should have kept one. You guys couldn't even figure it out. It was a ridiculous process. I already requested to return the newer one and you all had said my window had closed for that. So stop lying...
